Thank you so much for your care and concern for the plight of refugees fleeing from the conflict in Ukraine. We have been amazed at people’s generosity and compassion for refugees. International Needs through our networks and working with local authorities are able to reach refugees coming into Slovakia and Romania with food, clothing, onward transport, accommodation and translation assistance to access visas for the countries they have arrived in, or help move them to other Western European locations. Additionally, our team in Romania has been instrumental in taking food and supplies to people still trapped in various Ukrainian conflict zones. With your help, we can resource our teams to support and assist 145 people each day.
