Parties around the IN Network

It’s hard to believe that Christmas was just over a month ago, isn’t it? Over that period, many celebrations took place across the International Needs family, with gatherings and parties taking place in many different contexts around the world.

Because International Needs works with trusted local leaders, empowering and supporting them rather than imposing solutions, our projects are never ‘one size fits all’. That’s part of what makes this network so special.

Each celebration looks different, shaped by local culture, community needs and deep personal relationships with the people we serve. It’s a reminder that meaningful support is always rooted in understanding, connection and care!

Here are a few snapshots of joy shared during that season:

International Needs Kenya
Korogocho Bible club brings hope to children living in slums in Nairobi, Kenya. With Saturday Bible clubs, games, and songs, kids are learning about God in a fun, age-appropriate way. The team provided a feast of delicious home cooked foods as well as a beautiful Christmas cake and popcorn for their party together!

International Needs Dominican Republic

Students at Juan Calvino Christian School in the Dominican Republic celebrated together in class, with festive classroom displays and gift bags…

We love to see many of the students avidly working whilst holding up their gift bag when their photo was taken! With no time to even glance at the camera, this is true dedication to learning!!

International Needs Dehradun

Gifts of stove top pans were given out to young students, as well as bags of food…

International Needs Nepal

In Nepal, gifts were shared out for those who attend the Lydia Vocational Training Centre in Kathmandu. Locals enjoyed sharing tasty food together too!

International Needs Burkina Faso

A special meal was made for students at La Bonne Nouvelle School in Bobo Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. Gift bags were also handed out. As you can tell from the pictures, students were really enjoying posing for photos!

These two cheeky friends seemed to be enjoying posing for the photos to emphasise how much they are enjoying the food! Notice the laughter from their classmates around them…
