Join our team as Finance Manager:
International Needs UK is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting our mission to bring lasting change to families in need around the world.
As part of our team, you’ll use your finance skills to help manage all aspects of charity finance and contribute to the success of our global partners. You’ll oversee budgeting, financial governance, and ensure transparency in our operations.

What we're looking for:
• 5 years’ experience in charity finance, including SORP-compliant accounts.
Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
Strong IT skills (especially Excel), and familiarity with SAGE and Raisers Edge (desirable).
• A passionate Christian committed to our mission.
• An adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
The role:
• Part-time (18-21 hours/week) – Remote or Hybrid (based in South Croydon, Surrey).
• Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 (FTE) based on experience.
