Starfish Uganda has grown since Mary Mills and Moses Duche first went to work in Mukono in 2009.
International Needs Uganda assumed full operational and legal responsibility for all aspects of Starfish Uganda’s work from 1 September 2024, after a transitional period from 1 June. Fundraising and administrative support will be provided by International Needs UK.
